Chimney Inspection with Report
Inspection covers the interior flue condition, exterior brick and mortar joint condition, smoke shelf and damper condition, and firebox and hearth condition.
Chimney Cleaning
According to the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA), fireplaces need to be cleaned once there is 1/8″ of creosote and/or soot buildup inside the chimney liner or about once a year.
Chimney Rebuild
If your annual inspection reveals significant damage or if it’s tilting, leaning, cracking, spalling, or completely falling apart, then a chimney rebuild is in your best interest.

Our CRS 2000 Chimney Restoration System
Can't use your chimney?
Our chimney restoration solution is the safest, most practical process available to let you use your chimney this winter, no matter the age or condition. Our system works with all chimneys and fuels.
Why should I be concerned?
The use of wood stoves or wood burning fireplaces creates creosote, which can become combustible. When it ignites, temperatures in excess of 2000 degrees can result. At this point, your clay liner will crack allowing the heat to transfer to the combustibles in the structure of your house. The use of our CRS 2000 solution prevents this transfer of heat, eliminating the chance of a structure fire.
A quicker, safer alternative.
The CRS 2000 chimney lining system, with its Triple Lifetime Warranty, offers a cheaper alternative to tearing down expensive brickwork. The high cost of rebuilding is eliminated, yet the chimney is safer than ever before. Laboratory tests have proven ours to be a far safer system than conventional liners, plus installation of our lining is quick, and inconvenience is minimal.
What does the Installation Process look like?

Isokern Fireplaces
An Isokern fireplace is a type of modular, factory-built masonry fireplace system made from volcanic pumice (a naturally insulating and lightweight material). Instead of building a fireplace entirely from scratch with brick or block, contractors use pre-cast components that fit together on-site.
Material
Made from pumice, which is naturally insulating, lightweight, and durable. It helps keep more heat inside the firebox and chimney, improving efficiency and reducing clearance needs.
Design
Comes in sections/modules (firebox, smoke dome, chimney stack) that are stacked and mortared together, creating a solid masonry system without the long build time of traditional brick fireplaces.
Versatility
Can be installed indoors or outdoors, and finished with brick, stone, stucco, or other veneers to match the home’s style.
Types
Available as wood-burning or gas-burning models. They can also be paired with metal or masonry chimney systems depending on venting needs.
Benefits
Faster and easier to install than site-built fireplaces.
High insulation value = safer and more efficient.
Lightweight = can often be installed on upper floors where a full masonry fireplace would be too heavy.
Customizable with different finishes.
